Notice of Adoption of Resolution, Subject to Permissive Referendum, Approving,
Ratifying and Affirming Payments To Larson Design Group (LDG)
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Prattsburgh, County
of Steuben, State of New York, at a duly scheduled meeting thereof held on the 22nd day
of January, 2026, duly adopted a resolution approving, ratifying and affirming payments
to Larson Design Group (LDG) Professional Engineers, for the cost of preparing the
Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and the Map, Plan and Report (MPR) with respect
to the proposed Wastewater Sewer District for the Central Business District of the Town
of Prattsburgh.
The Resolution is adopted pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Town Law
of the State of New York and is subject to permissive referendum as that process is
prescribed pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law.
