Notice of Adoption of Resolution, Subject to Permissive Referendum, Providing That the
Town Expend Reserve Funds For the Purchase a F-250 Pickup and a Full-Size Service

Truck Body for the Town Water District and Other Town Use.
Notice is Hereby Given that the Town Board of the Town of Prattsburgh, County
of Steuben, State of New York, at a duly scheduled meeting thereof held on the 16th day
of March, 2026, duly adopted a resolution providing that the Town Supervisor is
authorized to expend monies from the “Town Motor Equipment Reserve Fund” Account
#A232 in the maximum amount of $62,000.00 for the acquisition of a F-250 Pickup and
a Full Size Service Truck Body.
The Resolution is adopted pursuant to the applicable provisions of the General
Municipal Law of the State of New York and is subject to permissive referendum as that
process is prescribed pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law.

Barn for the Highway Department

Notice is Hereby Given that the Town Board of the Town of Prattsburgh, County
of Steuben, State of New York, at a duly scheduled meeting thereof held on the 16th day
of March, 2026, duly adopted a resolution providing that the Town Supervisor is
authorized to expend monies from the “Town Building Reserve Fund” Account #A233 in
the maximum amount of $9,150.00 for the rehabilitation of the County Road 75 Highway
Storage Barn.
The Resolution is adopted pursuant to the applicable provisions of the General
Municipal Law of the State of New York and is subject to permissive referendum as that
process is prescribed pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law.
